Our approach is different - we’re
not ego-centric about ‘our designs’. Our job
is to honor the architect’s vision and highlight
the interior designer’s execution in an achievable
interpretation the builder can execute. Above all, our
job is to satisfy the client. We research emerging light
sources, fixtures that use them and the manufacturers
and distributors providing them. We often work directly
with manufacturers on product development. We only specify
product we’ve researched and know to be commercially
proven and well-supported.
Finding the right solution for you is what matters and
that includes schedules and budget. We’re independent
so we specify product we believe is the right solution.
Our lighting schedules are comprehensive, detailed down
to manufacturer's part number for the specified lamp,
to ensure the “look” remains in-tact. When
specifying lighting 'systems', such as halogen strip lighting,
track lighting, etc. we specify all the parts to assure
the system will function as intended. This also saves
the contractor and distributor time.
We often hear the phrase ‘value engineering’,
which simply means finding a cheaper product. There’s
a rationale behind everything we specify and we’re
happy to explain it.
